Timmy Regisford misses you

On a mission for some new music to we stumbled across a chill deep house groove. It has some chill late night drive vibes going on. Ultra lounge flavor. It has to be said though, this was not the banger that was initial picked for this submission for our music picks posts. The other track also produced by Timmy Regisford was not found in the Apple Music store or library at all. So we went with the next top choice. 

The track is titled “I Miss You” which matches the tone of the instrumental track. Sounds like something that provokes deep thought. Smooth and melodic with a an up beat tempo. The bass line is rich with a ongoing string vibration that gives this production a “in the clouds” feel. The drums aren’t the typical 4×4, but easy to bob your head to. 

Who is Timmy Regisford? Timmy is a legend in house music. He’s responsible for the internationally acclaimed Club Shelter parties in New York running since 1991. In addition to Timmy’s house production he’s known to lean into jazz and RnB making him a multifaceted producer. 

You can find Timmy Regisford mixing all across the globe in places like New York, Japan, the UK and beyond. 

The Club Shelter parties appear to be his main baby if you will so if you ever plan a trip to the NY, put seeing Timmy mix live on your itinerary.
