2020 throwback – Johan Kaseta “Fanta Muega”

Released in March of 2020 on the Zisso Records label we have the artist Johan Kaseta with “Fanta Muega”. Through a little bit of reading I learned that Johan actually has his own label, but he decided to sign with fellow local label Zissou Records for this release.

This is a good vibe selection all the way through. The disco bass line and drums leading into the song reminded me of that 70’s soul you would hear on a Sesame Street interlude. The chatter of the neighborhood or club in the background was a nice touch. This has a very fitting summer time energy.
