State of Rozzville Mansion

The Rozzville Mansion stream is currently up, however the IOS app is not properly linked, therefore the stream isn’t available there at this time.

The stream host has not been on the ball with their service. The issues that has plagued the stream has been all on them. 100% on them.

There was original only one issue that they needed to fix, but instead I’ve had issue after issue with them.

The only reason the stream is working at this time is because the old account wasn’t closed out as it was said it would be. The original issue was with the stream data logs not being recorded by them. They put off the issues on Centova Cast. The host company never gave me any information on what Centova Cast told them the fix would be. Instead the hosting company simply said we will have to move to a new account set up where I would have to re-upload everything and do some other work to bring things back up to standard. That never happened because the new account set up didn’t have our payment information moved over with it. Therefore I received a message after initially starting to add the music again that I was locked out for payment. Thing is, I paid for a year in advance and planned on paying for 5 years next. I couldn’t log into Centova Cast to manage the stream let alone upload anything.

This issue started in April 2026 and up until this very post hasn’t been fixed. If the old account wasn’t still accessible there wouldn’t be any music playing right now.

All of my plans for marketing and promoting Rozzville Mansion have been massively delayed because of all of this. My IOS app has been affected and the Android app has been delayed because of all of this.

To say that I’m upset doesn’t exactly fit. I could blast this company’s name out there right now, but I’m giving them one last chance before I’m forced to take legal action.

That’s the real on what’s been happening around here. The inconsistency has been out of my control. Every time it looked like things were getting fixed something else happened.

I’m not conquered. I’m not beaten. I’M NOT LAYING DOWN! This has made me stronger, sharper and better at record keeping. I have every interaction with this stream hosting company saved and will provide whatever I need to for royalty collectors, which by the way are completely aware of the situation, the company profile and they have access to everything they need to see on my end. You see, I do business correctly. I’m not a pirate station. I want all artists that are featured here to get whatever they have coming from the streams here.
